We offer two delivery options via Australia Post:
- Standard Shipping: $12 Australia-wide
- Express Shipping: $15 Australia-wide
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- Processing Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed before it’s shipped.

- Express delivery: Typically takes 1-3 business days.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

3. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel via Australia Post’s tracking service. If you experience any issues with tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team.
4. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions. Should there be any significant delay, we will notify you via email with updates on your delivery.
